Having lived in town for 6 years before opening, we lived through the tasteless imposters, and not a Cuban among them! Starting with 24 seats, expanding after the first year to 70 and soon to 100, we're on the move. All we do is Cuban food. We have over 40+ years experience eating Cuban food.
